Founded in 1885 in Buffalo, N.Y., the Visiting Nursing Association of Western New York was a pioneer in the visiting nursing movement. It went on to become the largest home health agency in the region, serving more than 24,000 patients annually with approximately 500,000 home visits. Whether it s a newborn or an elderly patient, VNA of Western New York will visit any patient s home. The organization offers pediatric and adult skilled nursing and therapies, home infusion therapy, mental health care, obstetrical services, respiratory equipment and personal response systems.
