Private and group Yoga instruction Reiki is a hands on healing technique which channels Universal Life Force for healing. Reiki has shown to relieve everyday aches and pains like achey knees and stiff back, as well as chronic conditions such as depression and anxiety. Reiki is used to recover from injury or surgery and is commonly applied in most NYC hospitals. Prana Yoga is a healer's yoga in the Hatha tradition. This type of yoga focuses on awareness of one's internal energy through specific mantra and pranayama while holding the asanas. One practices both seed and vowels sounds for each Chakra and learns three basic breathing techniques.
