The parent company is principally engaged in the business of producing investment-related periodical publications and data, licensing certain Value Line s trademarks and its ranking system information to third parties under written agreements for use in third-party managed and marketed investment products. Value Line also provides investment management services for its funds, institutions and individual accounts and provides distribution, marketing and administrative services. The parent company s wholly owned subsidiaries include Value Line Publishing, Value Line Securities, EULAV Asset Management, Compupower Corporation and Value Line Distribution Center. It is a research company that collects data and analyzes performance of more than 8,000 stocks, over 15,000 mutual funds and nearly 80,000 options and other securities.
