The Urban League of Rochester Economic Development Corporation (ULREDC) is a subsidiary corporation of the Urban League of Rochester, NY, Inc. Established in 1986, ULREDC aims to enhance the living and working conditions of disadvantaged populations in the Rochester region through economic development and community revitalization initiatives.
