Ultimate Fitness Training began in New York City in 2007 as an in-home training service. From the vision of Founder and COO, Jordan Bellish, UFT has been growing, improving, and enhancing services each and every year. This growth has transformed UFT into a complete and full service fitness system operating out of several high quality facilities as well as being mobile throughout Manhattan. The mission of UFT is to provide the optimal personal training service by utilizing the most effective scientific principles the training world has to offer; physiology, kinesiology, bio-mechanics and more. With detailed individual analyses, strategic program design, and first-class facilities, UFT has created a system that will progress you from where you are to where you want to be.
