History
Trinity Church, Gouverneur, was built in 1866 and became a member of the Episcopal Diocese of Albany that same year. We are the only church or religious organization, that stands today the same as it did back then, our Pipe Organ is listed on The Historical Church Organ Registry One of our most notable members who was Baptised within our church, was Rohde Fox Graves, the first woman to serve in the New York Senate and fought for womans rights. There are others as well, but we take pride that we have members for all walks of life and that all are welcome with open arms it Trinity whatever their status for in God's eyes and our own we are His children and welcome within this His House of Worship- Trinity Episcopal Church.

We are a traditional Episcopal Church, serving within the Diocese of Albany, in the community of Gouverneur, NY. We are grounded in the teachings of the Bible as God's true word. We are members of the Anglican Communion and The Episcopal Church of America. We welcome all to join us worshiping our Lord in Christain Faith, and all who are Baptized are welcome to receive Communion.
