By combining 'traditional tribal' exercises from his African grandfather with a deep knowledge of exercise science, boxing and jiu-jitsu, Kiki has developed a uniquely creative style that is a lot of fun and produces incredible results. Most trainers use machines to give their clients a great workout, but Kiki's approach is that our bodies are the only machines you really need to stay fit. So once you learn the routines, you can exercise anywhere, anytime- your apartment, a hotel room, public park- and you don't need a gym membership to do it.
