The Ritz has been serving its continental fare since 1987 and, as befits a restaurant near the harbor, offers a wide assortment of seafood choices. From a lunchtime appetizer of yellow fin tuna tartare seasoned with soy sauce, sesame oil and wasabi aioli drizzles, to steamed clams, pulled pork dumplings and oysters, to a full complement of salads and entree offerings of grilled slamon, risotto with sea scallops or a grilled pork chop, there's a diverse selection at this Zagat-rated restaurant. Dinner offers more of the same intriguing seafood dishes, with the addition of steaks, rack of lamb and pork chops.
There's seasonal outside dining, a bar and a harbor view. The Sunday brunch menu offers challah bread French toast with warm apples and breakfast sausage; smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and onions; omelets; Eggs Benedict and a twist on that dish called Eggs Chesapeake, which is poached eggs with mini crab cakes and Hollandaise. The brunch items are served with fruit, muffins, home fries and either a Bloody Mary or a mimosa.
