There are seven Suffolk OTB branches throughout Suffolk County. This branch is located in Hauppauge and offers a state-of-the-art tele-theater that includes a bar, restaurant and hundreds of screens televising live racing from thoroughbred and harness tracks around the world. Customers can place bets with a live cashier or on a betting (STAN) machine. Customer service is available for any questions. Suffolk OTB also has 19 Qwik Bet locations in neighborhood pubs/restaurants.
