Founded and owned by entrepreneur, investor and calligrapher Mr. Ip-Wing Kong in November 2017, the New York Gallery of Chinese Art is located at the corner of Allen Street and Broome Street in the Lower East Side, the biggest private gallery in Manhattan that focuses solely on presenting Chinese traditional and contemporary visual art.

With full support and guidance from the Center for Chinese Art at William Paterson University, the New York Gallery of Chinese Art is dedicated to build a platform in New York that supports and showcases Chinese traditional and contemporary visual arts to the greater New York communities and international tourists. It will serve as a comprehensive and profound window-in-sync for learning and understanding more about Eastern aesthetics and Chinese art & culture. The New York Gallery of Chinese Art regularly organizes academic discourses, lectures and Chinese art workshops to contribute more diversified public cultural education programs to the local art community and the general public.
