The Village Nursery School is sponsored by The Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer. It encourages a mix of freedom of expression and traditional values. Among the school's values, it also promotes children playing with others, learning to be creative and becoming independent and self-confident. The school has morning sessions that runs from 9:15am to 11:45am. Afternoon sessions are from 12:30pm to 3pm and from 12:30pm to 2:30pm for 2-year olds. The number of days the children spend at the school depends on the age, with the 2-year olds spending two morning or afternoon sessions per week, while 3 and 4-year olds can spend 3 to 5 morning or afternoon sessions per week.
