The Bridge Club is a Long Beach based fitness center featuring state of the art fitness machines, free weights and a stretching area. Additionally, The Bridge Club offers personal training, yoga classes, adult wellness and body toning programs. The club employs a dedicated clinical exercise physiologist and certified personal trainers for group and individual sessions and membership plans are available in 3 month, 6 month, yearly and month-to-month non-committal arrangements. The Bridge Club also hosts an eight week adult wellness program that doesn't require a membership for participation.
