The Madison Cortland ARC was founded in 2001 with the merger of the Madison County ARC and the Arc of Cortland County. It is a parent-family based organization that emphasizes the importance of early intervention and nursery school for children with developmental disabilities. The Madison Cortland ARC provides residential and clinical services and family care, senior, rehabilitation and transportation programs. It operates respite care and early learning centers.
