Founded in 1972, Steiger Craft is a builder of fishing boats for commercial fisherman and recreational fisherman. Based in Bellport, N.Y., the boat made from fiberglass, ranges in size from 21 feet to 26 feet. In addition, the company builds center console, cuddy cabin and pilot houseboats for the law enforcement, harbor patrol and fire departments. Some of the boat's features include all-fiberglass stringer system; no interior carpet to mildew; single piece fiberglass flush deck; and custom molded fiberglass seating, pedestals and other fixtures. Steiger Craft's center consoles make the boat function in rough waters, maximizes usable space, while offering easy access to fish lockers, live wells and storage, as well as all under deck mechanicals.
