Saint Anthony's Church is a shrine church in honor of Saint Anthony of Padua. It was founded in 1898 and expanded in 1920. On Nov. 14, 1978, the church was destroyed by a fire, but was restored and rededicated June 9, 1980 by Terrence Cardinal Cooke.
The pastor of this church is Rev. Joseph Deponai. The associate pastors are Rev. Frank Bassett and Fernando Caindec. The pastor emeritus is Rev. Msgr. William Reynolds and the Deacon is Rev. Mr. John Maloney. There is a youth group and Bible study from October through May as well as daily Masses and a Children's Liturgy during the 9:00 a.m. 10:15 a.m. masses for children in grades kindergarten through fourth grade.

The church also offers H.A.N.D.S. (Healing and Nurturing Distraught Survivors). HANDS has a bereavement support group, a grieving fathers group, and a widows and widowers group. Times and locations are in the church bulletin. Also on the bulletin is information about baptisms, confessions, marriages, sick calls, nocturnal adoration, novenas and Holy hour. Bulletins may be picked up at the church's rectory.
