Over time, Ed realized that poor nutrition and technique led many of his clients to injuries. Consequently, all of Ed's training and movements are designed to minimize risks and maximize rewards for clients that may have vastly different goals and levels of commitment. Most of the emphasis is placed on strength training, nutrition, body alignment and form that enable you to create the safest yet most effective workouts possible.
