We started off fixing phones in a tiny little office. We didn't have many customers and also did not know how to fix every issue there was. Once we started getting busy with different problems, we decided that we have to start experimenting. We purchased broken phones that had issues that were common to the general public. We played with those phones until we figured out how to fix all the problems we are able to repair now.
