Sam has been a fitness coach for the past 10 years. His experience with clients include young athletes training for collegiate sports, prehab/rehab work to prevent and recover from surgeries, prenatal and postnatal fitness training, short and long term weight loss, muscle building, Olympic weightlifting, marathon and triathlon training classes, corporate clients who need to reverse the effects of their demanding jobs, and personal training for seniors looking to rid their bodies of pain and feel rejuvenated again. He is a lifelong athlete, having ran track and played football in high school, attaining an athletic scholarship while playing Wide Receiver at Wagner College from 2002-2004. Sam has a BA in Business from Baruch College and is currently playing semi-pro football in the NYC area. Sam began his career as a trainer at Bally Sports Club from 2003-2008 and reached the Tier 3 Plus level while working as a trainer at Equinox Fitness Club from 2008-2012. He is currently Assistant Ma

Welcome. If you're looking easy way out, its not through here. If your looking to stay in your Comfort zone, consider me the Twilight Zone. If you want ineffective, non-science based workouts, I don't have those. But what I do have, are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career, skills that make me a nightmare for people who hate , goal-crushing, personalized programs. If you don't like scientifically proven methods for improving your body while having fun, that will be the end of it...I will not pursue you.
