History
In 2007 Rhonda Kave, aka Roni-Sue opened a little gem of a chocolate shop in the Essex Street Market. In 2012 she opened her LES flagship location serving as a production kitchen, classroom and event space complete with a secret backyard garden. As a co-founder of MOHO Chocolate in Belize Rhonda enjoys sharing her knowledge of craft chocolate and the bean-to-bar process with workshops, demos, team-building events and classes.

Our chocolates, truffles and confections are all hand made by us on the lower east side of NYC.
