Through gaining a deeper understand of your health, desires, and goals, I work with you to develop an approach that connects with your individual personality. Areas of specialization include: stress reduction, weight loss and improved sleep. Here's a snapshot of what I can offer you: * 30-minute coaching sessions via Skype, Zoom, or phone. * A sense of empowerment. I will meet you where you currently stand, help you reveal what you want to do, and uncover an approach that works for you. *In-between session support via e-mail.
