History
We previously owned The Read Cafe on the Northside of Williamsburg, which closed in 2007. We wanted to expand on what we had done, push our potential and create a full service Restaurant. We opened the Rabbithole Restaurant in June of 2008. We offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with breads, pastries and deserts made in house. We are well known for our brunch. The dinner menu was created by chef Alan Park, creating simple but elegant food using traditional French technique combined with influences from all over the world. In the end we try to remain true to the concept of a Bistro; fresh local ingredients, well executed but simple dishes, great wine, beer, and a casual environment.
