Fourth Wall Restaurant owns, operates and develops high-end restaurants in cities throughout the United States. Fourth Wall Restaurants was founded by acclaimed father-son restaurateurs Alan and Michael Stillman in 2007. The group is comprised of upscale restaurants in New York City, including the flagship Smith & Wollensky location, Maloney & Porcelli, Park Avenue Summer, The Post House and Quality Meats. The original Smith & Wollensky steakhouse opened in 1977. The company has grown to include more than 15 restaurants in Miami, Chicago, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Columbus, Ohio, New York, Dallas, Houston and Boston.
