I wish they were in more places. The only place I know is at the Hudson farmers market. I like to go early, to get the best selection of seafood. Everything is on ice. But whatever we purchased it...

Always fresh - mussels are the best, as is the smoked salmon- but the bouillabaisse, when the have it is extra special- all I add is a little saffron aoli on toast and I could b eating in France.

I grabbed a poke salad at the farmers market. While the tuna was super fresh and tasty, the poke consisted of only fish and a soy dipping sauce. I was hoping it would have other elements to it.
