I founded Ken Method in 2019 with the goal of helping people like you, lose fat, tone up, work around injury and feel stronger and more confident through strength training. After working for one of the top personal training studios in lower manhattan and tallying over 9,000 hours of experience, I've seen how transformative strength training is for the way my clients look and feel - and I want the same for you!
