Posh is hit or miss. If you get certain nail techs you won't be disappointed however some of them are clueless and have no idea what they're doing.

The women doing my nails did not speak more than 3 words of English to me the whole time I was there. She sanded my acrylics completely off, no soaking which is just lazy and worse for my nails....
