International Martial Arts Academy

Ray Longo's mixed martial arts academy is a glimpse inside the world of fighting for competition, fighting for self defense and fighting for health. Between the kid's taekwondo classes, women's classes and the more intensive training (take for example, a grappling concepts course which combines Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with wrestling and Judo techniques), this is intensive training for the more dedicated and fitness conscious among us. The nondescript warehouse setting of the academy opens up to 3500 square feet of high-ceilinged industrial training grounds complete with a boxing rink, red mats and all manner of fighting and fitness equipment.
