History
It was a sunny day in May 1993, the third of the month to be exact. Not only were the trees and flowers blossoming but so was the shuttered Watson's Restaurant. Spring was in the air as we opened the doors and welcomed the community into the freshly renovated Plaka Restaurant - where a little bit of Greece combines with diner favorites and American comfort food. Our goal on that day (and still is today) is to offer a high-quality dining experience at affordable prices and become the go-to hub for everyone. Our friendly, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere is the true essence of hospitality. Most of our food ingredients are locally sourced. Telly Gogos, the executive chef is a creative force to be reckoned with in the kitchen. His unique soup recipes, homemade pasta sauces, freshly shaped burgers and traditional Greek foods are the talk of the town. The key to his creativity - fresh ingredients and a knack for creating food experiences that leave you craving more.
