Stuff fell off of their building a couple of months ago.

Typical bricks on the east facade. A dump!

This is the rear boiler flume. The crack is the facade, they had their architect lie and say it was safe. They don't care.

Water damage. They have substantial issues with their facade, amongst other issues.

Terrible maintenance. The building was marked unsafe because of crumbling facade. The building vibrates because of their terribly maintained exhaust fans. The building looks like a total sh*thole.
