History

It started with Joan Mansour more than 30 years ago in her home teaching students. It is now run along with her 2 daughters Lisa Mansour and Jenny Kashanian. We are a family owned and operated business.

Specialties

We sell all baking supplies,chocolate,fondant,cookie cutter and sugar flower molds.We offer a full array of classes in our Academy. Book a birthday party,corporate party or private event. Custom cake orders are also available in our Cafe.

The macaroon cake was awesome! I love bigger macaroons because I feel like you get that structured and shell-like texture of a macaroon with a greater amount of the soft, gooey inside. It was yum!
