The North American Family Institute is a human resources organization that has locations throughout the country and works with local government agencies to help in-need and at-risk youth and their families. The location on Burling Lane is called the Westchester Wraparound Program and it provides boys ages 12-17 with foster and clinical care. The program integrates families and has space for up to 16 boys at one time. It provides an alternative approach to traditional foster care and is also used and supported by the city of New Rochelle.
