History
I started New York New You unknowingly while being an NCAA collegiate athlete. I used to spend a lot of free time in the gym and was one of few people who was doing very functional exercises. I started to get approached with questions from fellow gym members and started to train as a good way to make some extra cash while in school. Things have changed since then :). After college I spent some time in the corporate world with one foot always involved with training some of my clients. I eventually became a certified yoga guide and personal trainer and took the leap to build New York New You. Over the years I have been fortunate to have a vast experience ranging from the person who has never worked out before to working with Olympic athletes in training, people from 12-85 years old and men and women. Because I come from a highly athletic background and have dabbled in just about every major sport my training style varies tremendously depending on who I am working with.
