Ralph Wilson Stadium serves as a symbol of pride and community spirit as the official home of the Buffalo Bills, where fans gather to backup their hometown team and celebrate the passion and athleticism of professional football. This same passion and expertise is further celebrated through the numerous professional and community events that the facility has been host to. When the Buffalo Bills began playing in 1960, their home venue was War Memorial Stadium. Built in 1936, the stadium was a 36,500-seat facility located in Buffalo, N.Y. In 1965, the open-air natural-grass facility was expanded to include an upper deck, increasing the capacity to exactly 46,206.
