The line, too, quickly wraps outside of the door into the hallway of the lobby for yogurt parfait, quick bite sandwiches and other snacks that are easy to munch and easy to carry back to medical assisting class. (Customers of Cafe Express tend to be students of the Career Institute of Health and Technology, a vocational school located across the way at 200 Garden Plaza.) In addition to bagels, muffins and the fibrous banana, Cafe Express will make up Boar's Head meat sandwiches and however many eggs you'd like on your buttered roll.
