As a Group Fitness Instructor, I created Movement With Myia, offering Private Sessions/Group Fitness Classes to transform your body, and influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your fitness and health. With a mix of Strength Training, and Cardio Endurance in each session and/or class, we will work together to achieve your fitness goals. My goal is to assist and encourage individuals to Keep Moving! I offer Private Sessions, Group Sessions, and travel to clients, organizations, companies and Higher Education locations.
