Established in 1964, Mohawk Ambulance Service provides ambulance services in upstate New York. With 29 ambulances and 3 fly cars, the company provides Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support services to the counties of Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer and Saratoga. It's advanced (RescueNet) CAD system is designed to make call taking and dispatching for emergent and non-emergent situation. It also has a state-of-the-art communications center that is equipped with a computer-aided dispatch system and a GPS tracking system. Mohawk Ambulance Service is certified by the American Heart Association as a Community Training Center.
