Sydney Faith Rose, CHHC, RYT is a lifelong meditator, integrative health coach (HAES informed and inspired), trauma-informed yoga instructor and mental health professional. Sydney she has over 10 years of experience bringing mindfulness based, person-centered health initiatives off of the meditation cushion and into the world. Over the past decade, she's specialized in teaching private yoga and intuitive eating, guiding meditations for mental health, and facilitating experiential workshops. She's worked with hundreds of businesses and non-profits to develop and grow community wellness programs for whole people with bodies, minds and hearts. She' s passionate about about supporting clients in cultivating greater ease in their relationships with their thoughts, emotions physical bodies, and the world.
