History
Through a love of fitness and sports MAXFIT 360 evolved. Former track athlete and current long distance runner and Track and Field Coach Kaylin knows what living an active lifestyle means. She is aware of the consistency needed to achieve and maintain results. Kaylin strives to be a positive support in the realm of fitness. She believe each person with the right tools and motivation can achieve their personal goals of health and fitness. Her desire is to be that bridge and support for others. MAXFIT 360 is Coach Kaylin's push to fight obesity, heart disease, and Type II diabetes. Workouts that are fun, creative and challenging such as the sports style workouts Kaylin uses will provide the interest and motivation that many programs lack. Starting with basketball training and fitness, this is only the beginning. The history is left to be told.
