Matese was established by an italian gentleman that came from a small town called Matese. He believed in homemade food with a great Sauce, the sauce had special ingredients that made the sauce superb. Matese is known for its Sicilian Pies & its Spinach Alfredo Pies. The Original Owner is still working at Matese because he believes in customer service and that the secret of the sauce should be kept. It is a way of life for him and not a job, he does it because he enjoys his work. Remember Freshly cooked, large portions, Good service and at affordable Price.
