The Delaware-Chenango-Madison-Otsego Board of Cooperative Educational Services is a regional educational agency providing services in partnership with 16 local school districts in New York. It offers a wide range of services, including instructional and management services. Its instructional services division provides direct services to students and adults and support services to districts, such as adult and continuing education, enrichment programs, arts in education, instructional support services, instructional technology, school library system, and staff and curriculum development services. In addition, it provides mentoring, a network for youth, planning and development, programs for at-risk youth, regional summer school and special education services. Its management services division provides non-instructional cooperative services, such as safety and cost services for local districts. The board operates from two different locations in New York, including Norwich and Sidney Center.
