by Eugene Lubin at the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers as a baby and childens store. Over the years the store grew along with Eugene's children and eventually became a full service mens and boys store by 1969. The store moved to a new site in White Plains in 2001 for five years and then to an interim location in Greenburgh for three years. Today, the store is operated by Eugenes Son-in-law, Barry Kirschner. They moved to their current location within Rothmans in Scarsdale in 2010 where they have maintained their expertise and reputation for the best boyswear retailer in the region. Combined with Rothmans menswear, Lubins customers again have the full service and selection for boys and men...just like in the
