Christian Brothers Academy
Christian Brothers Academy is a college preparatory junior and senior high school for boys founded in 1859 by the De La Salle Christian Brothers. The New York State Board of Regents and Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools accredit the school. The school s academic curriculum includes subjects, such as business studies, English, fine arts, foreign language, mathematics, military science, physical education, religious studies, science and social studies. It also offers various sports programs, such as baseball, basketball, bowling, cross-country, football, golf, hockey, indoor track, lacrosse, rifle, soccer, tennis, track and wrestling. The school also provides various extracurricular activities, such as academic teams, band, campus ministry, campus television, chess club, chorus, color guard, debate and drill teams and fathers' association clubs. Christian Brothers Academy is located in Albany, N.Y.
