16 years ago Richard and Lois Nicotra opened the Hilton Garden Inn, 5 years after that they created Lorenzo's, an upscale restaurant within their hotel lobby so that guests would have a proper place to dine. Lorenzo's is named after the couples beloved maltese. Lorenzo's is not just a restaurant and bar but also a Cabaret.

The Hilton Garden Inn, Staten Island opened its doors 16 years ago and 5 years later hoteliers Richard and Lois Nicotra created an upscale restaurant within their hotel lobby so that guest would have a place to dine. Named after their beloved Maltese, Lorenzo, beautifully appointed with soft lighting and filled with artwork, the chic dining area quickly became more than just a quick bite for business men on the go. Soon, cabaret entertainment filled the room and lavish Sunday brunches lured guest from all over. Not just a Cabaret, the Zagat rated Lorenzo's Restaurant, Bar and Cabaret served modern Italian and American fare at breakfast, lunch and dinner daily with happy hour Monday through Friday, romantic piano music on Friday and Saturday evenings, Sunday Jazz Brunch and Buffet. Space can also be reserved for private events, either large or small, in private dining rooms.
