I am a fitness and wellness coach with over eight years experience. I started my my career at Equinox where I eventually worked my way up to a tier 3+ Equinox. I was originally certified by NASM. By designing individualized workouts, I motivate my clients to reach their physical, mental, and spiritual goals. I create workouts that employ a multi-pronged and integrative approach--encompassing the simultaneous goals of weight loss, increased muscle tone, improved flexibility and awareness building. Since each workout is a challenging learning experience, I ensure that my clients know how to perform the exercises and understand their ensuing benefits, if curious. I emphasize functional training in my workouts, which helps clients to improve physical performance beyond the gym while also getting more bang for their buck.
