Moved to Windham in 2014 , was at Otesaga Hotel in Cooperstown NY prior to that, also owned a bakery in White Plains NY .

Pastries, danish, cakes, cheesecakes, quishe , croissants . 30 years experence , trained in France, wedding cakes his specialty. Every thing made from scratch on premise .
