Kotobuki Restaurant, established in 1987 with three locations on Long Island, offers a full range of traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine. Some dishes that Kotobuki's expert chef specializes in are various sushi rolls, chicken shrimp and beef teriyaki, negimaki and yakitori.
