The Kensington Village Hall is the municipal center of the Kensington. The Village of Kensington was planned in the turn of the 20th Century as a residential colony of luxurious homes.
The Kensington Village Hall provides building permits and other forms. It also houses Village government operations, including sanitation services, water pollution oversight and Village Trustee meetings. Trustee meetings usually take place the third Wednesday of each month, save August.
The three village trustees, mayor and deputy mayor govern the Village.
