The Geneseo Central School District has an annual enrolment of more than 900 students in kindergarten through grade 12. The school houses a well-maintained, modern campus that includes three buildings and athletic facilities. It also includes an over 600-seats auditorium, a fitness center, two gymnasiums, playing fields, a lighted stadium for football and soccer, an all-weather track and a competition indoor pool.
