Jewelry Specialist is located on Boston Post Road in Port Chester, outside of the downtown area. It is one of many jewelry vendors in the Empire State Flea Market, a year-round, weekend flea market in the shopping plaza on the east side of the street. It sells an array of men and women's jewelry in all types and styles.
