University Basketball Camp (UBC) is a Staten Island tradition, proudly entering its 27th year on the campus of St. Clare's parish in Great Kills. Founded by Coach Gela and Coach Greg, UBC is the longest running basketball camp on Staten Island, offering a fun-filled learning experience for girls and boys of all skill levels. With a focus on sportsmanship and the fundamentals of the sport, UBC has a professional staff of educators, coaches, and college players who provide a quality program that emphasizes character formation and lasting connections. UBC follows the guidelines from the NYC Department of Health to ensure the well-being of campers and staff, teaching appropriate fundamentals for each skill and grade level in a positive and enthusiastic environment.
