Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis High School serves more than 650 students in grades 9 through 12. The school provides a range of technical courses, including automotive technology, cabinet making, cosmetology, culinary arts, and electronics and computer science with robotics. Additionally, it offers courses, such as welding, graphic arts and machine trades. Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis High School conducts classes in engineering and design, health science, theater arts and visual arts. The school offers nursing programs that provide students with clinical experience in specialty areas, including maternal and child care, mental health and emergency nursing. It offers various extracurricular activities and clubs, including National Honor Society, marching band, and book, computer, greenhouse, interact, science, photography and quilt clubs. Located in New York City, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis High School is a part of the New York City Department of Education.
